How do our rates compare to on-campus housing rates?
When comparing our rates to on-campus rates you must take into consideration many variables, including floor plan layout and square footage. Our leasing staff is available to discuss with you how our rates compare to other housing options and validate that our community offers you the best value for your money, as well as a great location and incredible amenities.
Do I have a meal plan?
Unfortunately, we do not offer meal plans.
Do you allow pets?
Yes! We are very pet friendly.
Do you offer roommate matching?
We do not offer roommate matching.
How close to campus are you?
Very Close! We are just ten minutes from the University of Washington campus.
How many people live there?
Every year the total number varies just slightly, but we have room for 736 residents.
If I pay in full, do I get a discount?
No, we do not offer discounts for rent paid in full. However, prepayment gives you the peace of mind knowing that your account is in good standing at all times!
What do I need to hook up my computer to the internet?
You will need a wireless router that is not associated with any internet provider. We will provide you instructions on how to set up your internet.
What types of leases are available?
What utilities are included in my rent?
Our rental package covers high-speed internet. The resident is responsible for electric, trash, and water.
When can I move in?
We are always receiving apartments on notice, so move-in dates can vary depending on apartment availability.
Do you offer storage?
No, we do not offer storage.
